As of April 10, 2025, the sixth graduating cohort of YWIES Shanghai Lingang has achieved remarkable success in this year's university application season, with a 100% overseas acceptance rate. Our students have received offers from prestigious institutions across the globe, including the UK, the US, Canada, Australia, Hong Kong (China), Ireland, and more.
Notably, our students have excelled in this year's intensely competitive applications to elite UK and US institutions. Particularly impressive are the outcomes: 22% secured offers from QS World University Top10 ranked universities, while 72% gained admission to Top40 institutions—a compelling testament to YWIES Shanghai Lingang students' global competitiveness.

Our students have demonstrated exceptional diversity in their academic pursuits, with applications spanning over 50 distinct fields across five core domains: Arts & Design, Engineering & Technology, Biomedical Sciences, Business & Management, and Humanities & Social Sciences.
In the arts, vibrant applications flourished across creative disciplines such as Illustration, Visual Arts, Fashion Marketing & Communication, Film, Composition, Stage Management, Art Direction & Visual Effects, Digital Media, and Industrial Design.

01Co-op Program
This year, two of our students have been successfully admitted to the competitive Co-op Program at the University of Toronto, one of the world's leading institutions. Their accepted majors include Physical and Environmental Sciences, Electrical Engineering in the Faculty of Applied Science and Engineering, and Psychology and Health Studies.

02BFA Film&Media Art Production
This year, one of our students has been admitted to the BFA Film at the School of Visual Arts, as well as the Media Art Production at Emerson College—one of Emerson’s flagship programs, which focuses on cultivating production skills in film, television, directing, and digital media.

This year, our students have secured admissions in Criminology.
