Yew Wah Resident Hall’s annual autumn BBQ was finally held. Our cafeteria chefs checked each dish ensuring the right temperature was maintained – 75°C is the magic number for safety.

Primary students were led into the restaurant by a teacher and they made their choices about what to eat. They talked with each other while enjoying some delicious dishes. Friendship works best over food. Secondary students enjoyed the BBQ at a separate venue, sharing laughs over tasty food.

Each year the Resident Hall BBQ at Yew Wah is an excellent opportunity for students to strengthen bonds and get to know teachers better. Although the time was short, the students took away some great memories – and tastes. We look forward to more exciting activities at Yew Wah Resident Hall.
